Fantastic place for family fun! Great experience! Lots to do for kids!! There is fun for all ages. Staff is friendly and place is clean. We had a great time.

Pros and cons This place is great. We've been there multiple times. Everything is clean and most all the staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was ok a little expensive for what it is but there are restaurants outside of the park that you can go to or that deliver. Very kid friendly. While it is great there is some negative things as well. There isn't enough staff to keep the people running around at a minimal. Trying to do the magic quest battles is almost pointless with unsupervised kids of all ages running around and flashing there wands and taking it over when your next to do the battle scenes. ALOT of obnoxious kids and parents don't care just let me run wild. At the water park the people manning the slides don't pay attention or try not to to avoid confrontations from parents who feel entitled or spoiled brat kids so ALOT of cutting and pushing when we went last. Then women parading around almost naked. My children got a full female anatomy lesson while standing in line for a water slide. I do not think things should be allowed for anyone in a family friendly park. The females where ok to do so but I saw a man in a thong get asked to cover up how???... If a female can the male should as well. But they should have a dress code with no bottoms showing. Cover it up I don't need to see that someone didn't wipe there butt properly while standing behind them in a water slide line ( which has been seen on one of our trips) have some decency. I do see from other reviews I am not the only one to complain. I also think people paying to stay at the hotel portion should have priority parking and day pass people should have a designated place to park farther back . Having to drag our luggage from the far corner of the parking lot because all the spots up front are taken by day passes is rediculous. And I know they have the option to pull up and unload but I am not leaving my young child with luggage while I park at the far end of the parking lot by themselves.

Fun for families Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge was truly wonderful. The hotel is impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond from the moment we checked in. They were welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our entire stay. The resort is a one stop shop for families, with endless activities for kids. The onsite restaurant was a great surprise, although we didn’t have reservations, the staff was very accommodating and managed to seat our large party last minute. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The water park is the main highlight. It’s very well maintained, something we really appreciated and offers a wide variety of attractions. slides for both kids and adults, a fun wave pool, and a safe area for little ones. Ordering food through the app was another big plus, making mealtime easy and efficient, and the food from the hall exceeded expectations. Beyond the water park, there’s plenty more to enjoy like bowling, mini golf, a ropes course, an adventure park, virtual reality games, and an arcade which was open all day. Character meet-and-greets in the lobby were a hit, and the MagiQuest wand ceremony was led by enthusiastic staff who made the experience magical. Our kids absolutely loved playing MagiQuest, and we highly recommend purchasing the wands, it was one of the highlights of the trip. Overall, Great Wolf Lodge delivered a fantastic family/birthday getaway with something for everyone. We’re already looking forward to returning.
