Not Great or Pleasant Total kid mecca, not much for adults otherwise. The lodge is overrun with children and is similar to an enormous Chuck E Cheese with a water park. Kids 12 and under will be in heaven. That said, rooms and hotel were clean and spacious for a typical hotel room. The food is lousy. And overpriced. Typical theme park food. I was expecting a bit more since this place is both a water park and hotel. Also, all eating establishments on the property are filthy. Kids make messes, someone should clean them up, no one does. It's disgusting. Food, wrappers, crumbs and thrash everywhere. Sticky tables, etc. You learn to somewhat deal with it at the parks, but when staying on premises, it's disgusting and makes you not want to return. I suggest eating off of the property. The cost per person per game of bowling is ridiculous, however, it is fun. You pretty much get 2 games max since there are only 5 lanes and the place was super busy. The demand was high. Do not pay for mini golf. The course is only 9 holes, no supervision and kids running through the course everywhere. Not at all worth it. Both bowling and mini golf should be free and included with your stay. The ropes course looked like a lot of fun, there are two zip lines attached to it. We didn't get a chance to go up, but definitely looks like fun. The water park is absolutely disgusting. It is hot, humid, and extremely dirty. The water is milky white, hair and band aids everywhere and the whole places smells like chemicals and urine. They have some fun slides, water coaster and funnel slides were great, but you will feel filmy and slimy after each ride. Water shoes are an absolute must. I truly believe the sun helps to kill germs and dry things out in these places, no such luck here. The outdoor pool is just as gross, full of kids and milky white water. They only had two umbrellas for shade at the pool, presumably so you rent a cabana instead. I am hoping eventually they will learn something about the Florida heat. I saw so many tiny kids just utterly exhausted. No shade. Not people or kid friendly at all. Also, the hot tub, if you dare, is full of kids. One of the two umbrellas is right next to the hot tub. Good luck. Not enjoyable at all. To many kids, everything geared toward kids, no supervision. If you have kids under 12, this may be the place for you. If you have teenagers or kids old enough to not be constantly supervised, I don't advise it. Not much for you or them to do.

Fun family getaway We stayed at the Great Wolf for 2 nights. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The kids loved the water park and the arcade. My son loved the wand and interactive game and got really into it. I will say the lifeguards were very diligent and focused making the pools feel safer with all of the kids. Our plan was to eat offsite to save money but there were affordable options onsite so we stayed to not break the vacation feel. Dunkin' was perfect for the morning and we did the Italian buffet one evening, which was delicious, and a family pizza meal deal the second night which was good too. The adults enjoyed drinks at the bar in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable only recommend adding places to hang up wet bathing suits. We had a great trip and will be back!

Best hotel ever To repeat many times. Highly recommended. I have to say that it was my best experience ever with nothing negative at all. Very good organization and support . Very good attention to the public. Fast attention. Very equipped with people to help in every single place at the hotel. I had the best purchase ever in going to this Hotel. Also, the amenities are wonderful , activities at lobby and pool. The wand with the game to search at hotel places was the most for my son. He said : best present ever by going to this hotel. One time the manager was required and for a huge hotel , in less than 5 seconds he was there . Amazing!!!! I will go again.
