Excellent value. Great time for the whole family. Three-night stay and we were busy non-stop. Probably best suited for kids under 12, but the Waterpark has something for everyone. The lobby area and story time is really impressive. They do create a magical environment.

Great time for my 5 grandchildren and me to enjoy. Everything is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfy. We will be back!

Amazing! Great family fun! Everything was exceptional and the staff made sure everything was clean and in working order. A chef at fireside took great care of me and my food allergies. He came over to the table and explained my options and made sure there all staff was aware to help avoid cross contamination. The food was delicious as well!! Really made our experience and I am extremely grateful! Would come back again and will HIGHLY recommend to friends and family!!

Great customer service Ms. Michelle that was in housekeeping on floor 5 on Christmas morning was absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and helpful. Great at housekeeping too.

We had a great time We had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge Webster! It’s not cheap, but compared to other water parks and resorts, the price is actually reasonable. The food is on the expensive side, but that’s expected for this kind of place — similar to what you’d spend at SeaWorld or Kalahari. The convenience of having food on-site makes sense since leaving and coming back can take time, and honestly, the food quality was pretty good. My toddler absolutely loved it! For me, the place might feel a little small if I were there to play with the wand or explore on my own, but I come for them to have fun. Seeing my child enjoy themselves makes it all worth it — mission accomplished. The water park isn’t as large as Kalahari, but it’s still a lot of fun, and being only about an hour away from home (versus a 3.5–4 hour drive) makes it a great mini vacation close to home. The location in Webster is also a plus — there are plenty of restaurant options nearby if you want to step out for a bit. Overall, a great family getaway that feels worth it for the memories.
