Hotel stay with Water Park Wristbands at Great Wolf Lodge Houston/Webster, TX

This is an amazing deal for an amazing experience! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time, and the room was more than spacious. With the price of daily admissions, you can't beat this deal!

This place was absolutely amazing and my kids and I loved it.

Not a Hotel for Relaxation or Consistent Service This was by far the most unrelaxing hotel stay I’ve ever had. Be prepared for long lines and mass chaos everywhere I imagine this is what a cheap cruise feels like. I tried to do the self check-in at their kiosk since the front desk line had 3 attendants to cover a line of at least 60 ppl deep. I swear it took about 20 minutes to check each family in because they start selling you on various passes and then have to dispense each separate wristband, and the average family size was about 4-6 guests. I booked a suite that had two bunk beds and a king and noted 2 adults and 3 kids in my reservation but only two wristbands were dispensed. I couldn’t go back into my reservation to get the additional wristbands. I flagged an attendant that happened to walk by and she told me I had to get in line to speak with an agent at the front desk. I told her absolutely NOT since my reservation clearly shows 5 ppl. She hesitated and then corrected the reservation on her iPad! Why couldn’t her initial response been to assist in this manner. The indoor lazy river is not really a river but a tiny, VERY CROWDED lap. Indoor seating is set up with chairs in theater style seating. The one outdoor pool was small (again like a cruise ship) and beyond crowded. The worst part of GWL is their mode to communicate. Everything must be done through their app. I tried calling a few days before arriving and you go to an automated desk servicing all GWL hotels. There is zero way to contact a specific location. On my last day I had lost my phone when I went to the front desk to ask where lost and found was, they said I had to scan a QR code and submit a description and they’ll call me if they find it. I asked her how I scan the code when I lost my phone and she said that’s all she could tell me. I told her I want to speak with security and she said that’s not possible…what?! Luckily I was able to miraculously locate my phone with zero help from them. And the icing on the cake was false fire alarm that made the entire hotel evacuate and when I went back to get my stuff from my room my wristband didn’t work. Guess what I had to do…go back in the damn front desk line to wait for 30+ minutes. If relaxation and customer service are desired, this is not a good option. The ONLTY Pro: Their suite designs are great for families with the bunk beds and themes.

Great place to bring your family The waterpark was amazing, the beds were comfy, and the service was through the roof. We started off by going to the waterpark, and the lines weren’t too long. Then that wrapped up our day. The next day we went to the waterpark again (which was still amazing) then we went on the ropes course which was scary, but still very fun. Then we went to the VR room where we played some cool mini games on the VR headset. We all won which was exciting! And by the time we had to leave, I promised myself that we would one day come back!

Would recommend greatwolf! Got a great deal for my stay following the freebies guy on insta. Rooms were clean,my kids loved the wolf's den.Bathrooms and flooring were clean, lots of towels and toiletries. Unfortunately no microwave.Guests service was great, restroom staff at the Waterpark was superb. Lines need more directions.Need to have better signs for directions for the bigger rides,lots of people were clueless, thinking you're cutting the lines. Parking was smooth,got in and out the gate no problems.Parking should be free regardless. I highly recommend greatwolf webster for a family vacation getaway.
