Big resort with tons to do. It was clean and nice except the hallway carpet had a smell. But the lobby and the apartment was nice and clean. Loved the pools and the waterpark.

Spacious rooms, but clogged bathtub and brown liquid coming out of bathroom floor I called maintenance supposedly clear the clogged and no one came the next day to clean the floor or to bring towels to replace the dirty ones from the floor.

The best guest service on the planet. Wow! Me and my family had an amazing time at the Grove Resort & Water Park. The room was cozy and the restaurant Valencia was delicious. But the most enjoyable part of our stay was the water park. Very family friendly and the service throughout the entire resort was superb. The best server we had was Saria at the water park. She was helpful to everyone and was working hard with a huge smile in the heat. You could immediately tell that she really enjoyed serving her guest and really took care of my family. I recommend this resort just for the 5 Star service, and enjoy everything that comes with it. Me and my family will be back very soon and I hope Saria and the rest of the employees are there. Best, David C.

Just the worst…no idea how it’s this highly rated. Photographs look good but it’s straight trash. Just awful. Low-quality everything and apathetic staff. I know it seems affordable and packed with amenities but once you’re here it feels like a second-rate cash grab. We’re here for another night and I wish we could just leave now. My family is so disappointed and so ready to move onto the next stop in our vacation someplace less…bleh. Don’t let the photos fool you. Also, if you choose to give it a shot anyway, DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY IN THE TERRACES! It’s like a Motel 6 level experience.
