Big resort with tons to do. It was clean and nice except the hallway carpet had a smell. But the lobby and the apartment was nice and clean. Loved the pools and the waterpark.

Orlando, Florida: World-Famous Theme Parks and Cultural Surprises

Located in the center of Florida, Orlando may be forever associated with the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks—the world’s most-visited entertainment resort. Spanning roughly 30,000 acres, it encompasses four theme parks, two water parks, five golf courses, and the Disney Springs® Area. There’s no shortage of things to do here: begin your day by boarding a rocket-shaped three-seater that climbs to 180 feet before entering a deep black tunnel and racing past stars, satellites, and constellations. Walk across the park to sample Moroccan cuisine for lunch, or ride a dune buggy through a haunted mansion. Before heading back to the hotel, take in the nightly fireworks, laser, and water show. One of the most popular family destinations in the world, sunny Orlando is also home to Universal Orlando—which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter—SeaWorld, and Gatorland.

Those hoping to shake up the typical theme-park-dominated itinerary can head into downtown Orlando's vibrant arts district. The neighborhood boasts venues such as CityArts Factory, a multifaceted patchwork of gallery spaces, and SAK Comedy Lab, which hosts family-friendly improv shows five nights a week.

Spacious rooms, but clogged bathtub and brown liquid coming out of bathroom floor I called maintenance supposedly clear the clogged and no one came the next day to clean the floor or to bring towels to replace the dirty ones from the floor.

Completely disappointed in the grove If you enjoy finding cockroaches, bath tubs and showers that are dirty…. This place is for you. When we complained about the cockroaches… the hotel did nothing to make it better. I had to Go out and buy cleaning products so my daughter could take a bath and even after cleaning it the water color is disturbingly brown. Attached are videos and photos! Completely disappointed.

Absolutely will NEVER return to this establishment We had a very horrible experience at the Grove resort. Upon the first night (Thursday) we discovered sewage backing up in the room. Maintenance came in and we needed to switch rooms. We were switching Sunday. Unfortunately we had to Tuesday morning & the manager at the front the desk suggested alternate accommodations however I explained there was a 2200 charge on my card that would take days to retrieve and drop off so it wasn’t an option. So we blocked off the room and kept our kids out of it. Anyway. We were offered resort fees and parking be deducted from the reservation. This came directly from a supervisor at the front desk. Honestly I feel like there should be a refund for the days in that room. It was unhealthy and unsanitary. Not to mention. The maintenance man said it was not sewage but instead that the entire toilet needed move because of leaks and upon pulling up flooring which was required there was a soaking wet floor as well as flooring. This was unacceptable. Also. When we reserved the room we called multiple times to request a room near where we would be spending our time due to the fact I am recovering from meniscus injury. That was not noted or taken into consideration. We attempted multiple conversations etc to no resolution. No one communicates with each other I sent out multiples emails and calls. Not to mention checking out today we ended up with a - 1,000! - additional charge. We charges some things for the room but I kept up with every single receipt and kept it absolutely minimal. At this point I don’t know if I should see a lawyer or what! But that’s an obscene amount of money for a vacation like this. Oh and take a map and plan for 20-25 minutes walking distance wherever you go.
