Very easy to check in, didn’t need to call the hotel and book my stay as booking on Groupon goes straight to the hotels system. Rooms were very nice and staff were friendly. We were offered free breakfast and got free wifi all for a cheap price. They took my $50 deposits when I got there and returned it as soon as I left. Good visit.

Orlando, Florida: World-Famous Theme Parks and Cultural Surprises

Located in the center of Florida, Orlando may be forever associated with the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks—the world’s most-visited entertainment resort. Spanning roughly 30,000 acres, it encompasses four theme parks, two water parks, five golf courses, and the Disney Springs® Area. There’s no shortage of things to do here: begin your day by boarding a rocket-shaped three-seater that climbs to 180 feet before entering a deep black tunnel and racing past stars, satellites, and constellations. Walk across the park to sample Moroccan cuisine for lunch, or ride a dune buggy through a haunted mansion. Before heading back to the hotel, take in the nightly fireworks, laser, and water show. One of the most popular family destinations in the world, sunny Orlando is also home to Universal Orlando—which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter—SeaWorld, and Gatorland.

Those hoping to shake up the typical theme-park-dominated itinerary can head into downtown Orlando's vibrant arts district. The neighborhood boasts venues such as CityArts Factory, a multifaceted patchwork of gallery spaces, and SAK Comedy Lab, which hosts family-friendly improv shows five nights a week.

Good neat hotel in an excellent location (Close to Universal and International dr) We stayed here with my family (of 4 w/ kids) during our visit to Universal theme park for 3nights. This hotel was very clean, offered a pleasant stay with an uber drive away from Universal. Pros: 1. Very good hot and nice shower, good size room, comfy beds and pillows with No parking fees. It is located in close proximity to restaurants, International drive and Universal/Disney world. 2. Super close to Universal, we infact booked Uber from hotel to the parks costing lesser than the parking fees in the park. Also in Uber it takes less than 10mins to reach the park-to-hotel anyways. 3. The hotel served fresh hot breakfast w/ varieties and a huge shout out to the hotel staff for refilling, cleaning the crowded dining space regularly. The hotel also featured a pool, but we never got to use it. Cons: 1. The breakfast dining area is super crampy to pick/exit with food and almost impossible for the hotel staff to refill. This resulted in guests staring at each other on empty food trays. Though there was plenty of seating around the area its layout led to hotel guest bumping in to each other and made it a messy place to pickup food. 2. Though the hotel is located in close proximity to the parks, the area is always clogged mostly due to I4/485 traffic leading to delays in accessing restaurants most of the time. (This one is against the location not exactly anything wrong with the hotel though.) We liked our stay in this hotel and was ideal for us as we looked to stay close to the theme parks and easy quick access to restaurants at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful in making our stay pleasant too. We might return to this hotel in future too. Strongly recommend someone who like to stay close to parks and restaurants ,free breaksfast-parking,etc, with clean comfy room. couldn't have asked for more when resorts bomb you with resort fee/breakfast and parking.

Another great stay... Because.. Great 2-night stay at this property. Why choose this place? Affordable, good bedding. Free basic breakfast and a great 24-hour coffee station. Check-in was fast. Rooms were clean, although stuffy if the air conditioning is not on. Great TV selection. Walking distance to I-trolley and International Drive. Staff helped with signing for a parcel delivery, which was a great help. Will definitely come back for the price, location and comfortable bed.

Bad experience We had completed the pre-check-in process a day prior, as allowed. However, when we arrived, our room was not ready, the front desk asked us to return in an hour. We came back an hour and a half later, only to be told again that the room was still not ready and to wait another 30 minutes. When we returned, they informed us that our room had been given to someone else and said that they don't guarantee the rooms you check-in during the check-in process. Naturally, I was very disappointed. I've been an Honors member for many years and have never encountered this issue before. I always pre-check in to select a higher floor because I’m a light sleeper. Instead, I was placed on a lower floor next to the elevators and could hear noise coming from the pool while trying to rest without been given an option to choose another room. This experience left me questioning the point of pre-check-in if the room I carefully selected can simply be reassigned. Had I known, I would’ve taken any available room without waiting around for hours. Additionally, the room had several maintenance issues, and the area outside the hotel was littered with trash and stagnant water, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary impression. Furthermore, a strong cleaning spray was used in the breakfast area and front lobby, which had an overpowering and unpleasant odor.
