Very easy to check in, didn’t need to call the hotel and book my stay as booking on Groupon goes straight to the hotels system. Rooms were very nice and staff were friendly. We were offered free breakfast and got free wifi all for a cheap price. They took my $50 deposits when I got there and returned it as soon as I left. Good visit.

Standard but decent The hotel was standard but decent. Housekeeping is pretty limited as with most hotels these days. They held all of my packages with no issue so that was great. Breakfast was decent and not crazily overcrowded. Greta location as well, but turns off a busy street.

Not the experience we planned My sister and I planned “ just girls trip”, and because we used the Hampton Inns by Hilton very often, we chose this hotel that is very close to Universal and other attractions. It’s also super close to international drive . So, location wise it’s the right hotel. We got there on 04-12-25, and our room was ready. I grabbed a cup of coffee on our way to our rooms. I did ask for full housekeeping service for the next 4 days. Then on 04-13-25, when we arrived from spending the whole day at one of the parks, the room was not clean and we were so tired that we took the garbage out ourselves. Then I called the front desk and the attendant Faviana said that she will make sure sour room receive the full housekeeping service the next day. The next day came and when we arrived at our room the housekeeping service was not even half way done and the garbage cans were on top of the sinks. We were tired but I decided to take pictures and go to the front desk. Faviana was at the front desk and she apologized after I showed her the pictures. Like I said to her, I was not upset but I was frustrated because from all the hotels my sister and I could select but the one we chose couldn’t provide a decent full housekeeping service. At that moment Faviana gave us two options, 1- she could go upstairs and fix the room for us ( which it was not her job ), or 2- she could give us a clean room. We picked option 2 and she provided us with the room next door to our original room. We were all disappointed and tired but we appreciated what Faviana did for us. On the other hand, the breakfast was good as well as the coffee. The pool was extremely dirty so we did not dare to adventure .

Nice hotel. Location is in busy traffic location.. Clean rooms. Hotel is newer or updated. This one of larger hampton inns, 8 floors. Breakfast is crazy busy. Pool seemed to be popular. Immediate area can have some crazy traffic...just order delivery. Don't be like me and spend 50 minutes picking up food that is supposed to be 3 miles away. Staff was extremely accommodating, and helped us check in real early.
