The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Thanks to the strip’s re-creation of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the Roman Empire at Caesars Palace, you can virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

EDC week at Harrah’s Room is spacious. Room service is great. Beds are super comfortable. They accommodate your needs. My room was too hot and they came and lowered my temperature. Had a nice cool room the rest of the weekend. Also quick to respond to your needs. Staff was great and friendly. Definitely booking here again.

Good location but otherwise very dissapointing. Good location on the strip but impersonal and in a very grubby and noisey area. I booked this after reading a number of reviews but wish I had read more. It's in a great location as I was at a wedding in Caesars hotel just across the road. However the reviews said it was a quiet hotel and born I g could be further from the truth. My room at the side was next to an open air 'rock's venue that played live music until midnight each day and until 1am on Saturday. Check in was a joke, after a 10 your flight I was told my room was not ready but I could upgrade at an additional cost, I agreed and was then told this new room was also not ready? I waited for several hours after normal check in time before I got my 'basic' room. It's a very busy hotel totally geared around gambling although the good court areas is OK, but not cheap. Be aware of the cost of basics, such as small Bottles of water are 15/20 US dollars so go to Wallgreens nearby. The area around the hotel is very dirty and grubby, with lots of beggars and rough sleepers as well as street vendors. Can be a little intimidating and the whole place absolutely stinks of dope, including some of the rooms even though mine was a non -smoking room. Certainly not the cheapest and would not stay there again..

THUMBS DOWN. A TWO STAR OPERATION! Harrah's has a problem with responding to concerns. You have to be somewhat of a techie to be able to access internet, get help with none functioning coffee pot, etc. I warn all persons intending to work on business, Harrah"s is not for you. Absolutely, no.
