Q:

Are children welcome and are there any activities for them?

Jodi R.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Hi Jodi. Children are welcome in the hotels when traveling with and staying in a room with an adult that is 21 or older. However, the minimum age to enter the Casino is 21 years of age. There is a Kid's Quest center, which is conveniently located on Harrah's grounds. For more details on their services, please check-out this link. http://www.kidsquest.com/index.php/locations/detail/harrahs_tunica

Q:

When hovering over the dates - I don't see any for $35.00 - so is this not a valid offer for a room for $35.00? Lowest I see on any date is $42.00. Does sound like it's a valid offer.

Anita B.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

Hi Anita. Thank you for your question. There are only a handful of days left in January where we have some 2 bedded rooms available at the Veranda for $35. If you do not need a room with 2 beds, we do have rooms with1 king bed at the Veranda for $36 in February, March & April.

Q:

Is the $50 incidental deposit refundable? Do you get it back after check out?

Ali D.  asked on  Jan 15, 2013

A:

Hi Ali Thank you for your question. The $50 incidental deposit is refundable, but the timing of the refund depends on whether you use a credit or debit card and upon your banking institution. Credit card holds typically take between to 3-7 business days to be removed. Debit card holds can take between 5-10 days to be removed. However, the time frame on pre-authorization releases can vary from bank to bank. In some cases, the hold can take up to 30 days to be removed.

Q:

Do 'Casino' & Veranda in relation to the types of rooms, refer to the tower? If so, is the Casino King or double in the Terrace tower or is it actually connected to the Casino?

Eltra B.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Hi Eltra Thank you for your question. The Casino & Veranda refer to a hotel tower. The Casino Tower is adjacent to and within walking distance of the Casino. The Veranda is a short drive from the Casino and a free shuttle is provided 24 hours a day.

Q:

When I try to book for 3/8-3/10 for the Veranda room it gives me the price of $204 for 2 nights. The deal said $35 a night. Why is it a different amount when I try to book?

Bernadette M.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Hi Bernadette, the prices start at $35 for a room with 2 beds at the Veranda hotel, so some nights are more. The nights you are looking for are $102/night before taxes and fees. If you hover over the dates on the calendar the rate will show for the room type selected. Thank you for your question
