Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Contact the hotel 24 hours after your purchase to request a room on the lower floor. Handicap-accessible rooms will not be available.

No I am sorry in order to get this deal you would have to book through the Groupon website, with the inventory and room type they have open. You may check our website and book another room type at rack rate for the extra night you may need.

Only a small amount of rooms are pet friendly, you would have to call the hotel to see if any are open for the date you are interested in. There is also a $35 per day fee for the pet charge if a pet room happens to be open.
