Gorgeous property, spacious, clean, and conveniently located! Beautiful property, conveniently located to dining, shopping, interstate, etc. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and comfortable. I appreciate the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Free and plentiful parking.

Had and issue......but they worked hard to solve it In Columbia on business. Went down to the lobby to get coffee, and my door lock decided to stop working. I did not take my phone, laptop or anything and now i am lock out of my room. The front desk staff (especially Courtney) did everything they could to solve the situation as quick as possible. It was not really quick fix (took about 25 min) but they did everything possible and let me know that their customers are valued.....

Awful staff Charged me for a king room got two queens wouldnt give me a refund for it or partial money back gave me the key to a occupied room and then is gonna call and knock on the door trying to change me a extra 75 bucks with no explanation telling me I’m being rude because she can’t figure out who’s in what room absolutely bs
