Very Disappointed — Lots of Maintenance Issues The only reason I didn’t give this one star is because the bed and pillows were comfortable, so I slept well. The temperature was freezing even set up to 80 degrees, so we had to sleep with the air off. I could not connect to the internet, but when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work, and I eventually discovered that there was no cord to plug it into the wall. The electrical outlet on one side of the bed did not work, but fortunately I had an extension cord so that my husband could plug in his CPAP machine. The toilet leaked, so we had to put down towels on the bathroom floor to prevent possible slips and falls. There was also a very wet spot on the carpet that looked like someone had spilled coffee or a coke. I might have requested to be moved to another room, but we were too exhausted after a long drive and spending several hours at the hospital. As to customer service, the clerk on the front desk when we left was very nice about calling the hospital shuttle for us, but the one on the desk when I checked in acted like she’d rather have been anywhere else but at that front desk.

Nasty rooms and Hotel Room dirty, charged twice for a room that was already paid for. Friday night staff was very rude and unsympathetic. Power went out, no comp from hotel. Saturday and Sunday staff was nice. Room nasty, need to take the carpet out of the rooms. Very nasty. Pool nasty, brown water and bugs everywhere in the pool. Never staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Disappointed Very disappointed. The temperature in the building over all was very inconsistent. First floor halls were air conditioned. The elevator felt like a sauna, along with the second floor hallways. The air in our rooms was inconsistent(sometimes cold but would switch to a lower temperature. The carpet was filthy. Finally the pool was not working during our entire stay. This is the worse Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in ever.

Iaisha Rocks My stay at Hilton started off a little rocky. I was in room 328 and the rooms on either side was very noisy lot of banging and noise that triggered my PTSD. I'm a Veteran and I was mad and called the front desk. Iaisha answered the phone. I was griping about the noise and how I could not sleep and I was very frustrated. This wonderful lady not only calmed me down she spoke to me very kindly and was very professional. She took the liberty to assign me to another room 438. My stay from then on was absolutely beautiful. I thank Iaisha for helping me and seeing her at the front desk she spoke every time. She went above and beyond and I will definitely plan another stay with Hampton Inn thanks to "Superstar" Iaisha I have nothing but praise to this Superstar and I hope you enjoy her as much as I did. Thank you for a great staycation.
