Our continental breakfast is served in the main building on the second floor in the Ocean View Dining Room. Our breakfast consists of the following items: Waffles, Bagels, Hard Boiled Eggs, Oatmeal, Fresh Fruit, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Hot Tea & Orange Juice.

Of Course there is Parking! We have ample parking all the way around our property. Best part is that it is free & we are so close to town that you wouldn't have to move your vehicle once parked!

What happens if I find out (>= 8-days from check-in) that unavoidable circumstances have come up, where I can't go? It's not clear from the Terms & Conditions whether or not I'd lose (some or all of) my $$ or be able to reschedule. Before I'd book this sort of deal, I'd need to know that I'd, at least, have the flexibility to reschedule (outside the defined cancellation window) - without a $$ penalty.

We do allow pets. You will need to reach out to the Hotel Front Desk Staff directly so that we can accommodate you & your 20lb pooch accurately. We have designated rooms for pets, and our pet fees are $25.00 for the 1st night & $15 for each additional night. Thank You

The Group On notice regarding Hill lnn in Mendocino California states there is availability into July, BUT the calendar only operated into April. Good friends are coming to visit us in mid July and we would very much like to purchase two Group On coupons so that both couples can each stay there one night in mid July. Isn't that possible?
