Great visit!. I will return We had a great stay at the Hilton gardens in times square. From the moment that we arrived, Michelle greeted us very friendly, genuine and warm greeting . She stored our bags and gave us some helpful information about what to see while we were waiting for our room. We had a very nice accommodations two queen bed room. Upon our checkout, Mustafa and ibeth were both so very nice, The service, kindness and attention is 100% by all employees I came across but especially these three employees. I also had a very nice exchange with the front desk gentleman. I believe his name is Frank. Super funny and friendly and very informative on places to visit and eat. Hilton is very lucky to have them on their staff.

Hilton Leadership Joe Panarella & Staff Service Satisfaction Good Afternoon Everyone, My team had booked me at this hotel for 1 night and I was surprised to say the least. My experience from the reception, the complimentary care, support during my stay was quite positive. I am very appreciative, as well to the housekeeping and security staff led by Joe Panarella. I had lost my laptop and realized it about a week later and made an urgent call to the hotel. Joe was immediate in orchestrating a search party and confirming posession of the laptop and shared all details I needed while I was a states away. I arrived as quick as I can and Joe had received me at entry and guided me with great Hospitality and Service to ensure my laptop was delivered back to me. It was a white glove experience and I deeply appreciate the Hilton Team and Joe.
