Brilliant Family Stay – We’ll Be Back! Exceptional Stay – Thanks to Joe Panarella and the Wonderful Team! We recently stayed at the Times Square Garden Inn as a family visiting from the UK, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in New York. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from Times Square—yet the hotel still manages to feel calm and welcoming amidst the buzz of the city. What made our stay stand out, though, was the exceptional service, especially from the manager, Joe Panarella. From the moment we arrived, Joe went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. His personal touches and thoughtful recommendations made a big difference and were deeply appreciated by our entire family. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Every member of the staff we encountered was courteous and professional, clearly taking pride in the service they deliver. Thanks to Joe Panarella and the entire team, we had a wonderful stay—and there’s no question that we’ll be returning the next time we’re in NYC. Highly recommended!

Joe is the best! I never write reviews, but I came here to say that the MOD Joe Panarella is a gem and an incredible asset to this hotel. When we tried to check in at 2, they said our room would not be available until 3. Joe immediately introduced himself and made sure that we were comfortable while we waited. Over the next two hours it took to get a room, I watched the front desk got overwhelmed with people. Problems, the chaos of people checking in…it got crazy. Joe not only had the time to make sure everyone waiting felt like a superstar and like they had a friend advocating for them, he also stepped up and became the leader, bringing organization to the sheer chaos. He handled problems on the phone and in person, he found people’s luggage they had checked, he jumped behind the desk to help. I heard him personally offer to go up to rooms, if needed, and solve issues immediately for guests—which, I could tell, calmed the agitated ones down and the staff was visible grateful for his offer to step into any role, as needed. From someone in the customer service business that oversees people in similar situations, I wish I had a natural leader like Joe (with charisma to boot) on my team!

Highly Recommended The staff were amazing. The location was ideal and close to everything. The room was super clean and the hotel staff were attentive. I slept well in the bed and the smart tv was appreciated.
