It was a nightmare. They couldn't find my reservation at first, then they gave me the wrong room because they said there wasn't any double queen rooms available and the groupon had booked it as a king room(which doesn't make sense cause I needed a double queen for 3 people and wish someone called and told us or something.) The staff didn't give us breakfast on the first day.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Often called Philly—is the sixth-largest city in the U.S. and a major historical and cultural hub. Founded in 1682 by William Penn, it played a pivotal role in American history as the birthplace of the United States. The Declaration of Independence (1776) and the U.S. Constitution (1787) were both signed here, and the city even served as the nation’s capital from 1790 to 1800. Known as the “City of Brotherly Love,” from the Greek phílos (love) and adelphós (brother), Philadelphia is rich in both heritage and modern appeal. Must-see attractions include Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art—famous for the “Rocky Steps.” Visitors also enjoy exploring Reading Terminal Market, Eastern State Penitentiary, and the vibrant neighborhoods of South Street and Old City. Outdoor lovers appreciate Boathouse Row and the scenic Schuylkill River Trail. And of course, no visit is complete without sampling local favorites like the Philly cheesesteak, soft pretzels, and hoagies. Whether you're drawn by its history, food, or arts scene, Philadelphia offers a compelling blend of the old and the new.

Disappointed- used to be top notch Disappointed.. a favorite spot changing. Lobby is solid and Yes the rooms are a bit dated but now they smell little musty. The room curtains look worn and not fresh. The Ceiling had a medium size yellow/brown water spot and oddly the bathroom was missing the small basics. The room ( higher floor) was obviously not cleaned which is a shame. HVAC had musty/ damp smell and the room was so dusty! See photos At check in she was quick to announce that “housekeeping is gone and I’m here by myself”. It was Thanksgiving night and they were clearly understaffed but at least provide a clean room. I could handle waiting 1hr for a slice of cake at the bar ( that had 4 customers ) Please do better Hilton- it can be great again

Hotel in Philadelphia, PA Stayed here recently while in town for the Eagles game—good location, not too far from the Lincoln Financial Field/Live! Casino and there’s a self-park garage. Did the mobile check-in which was easy—my room ended up being ready a bit early too! Bellman was great, helped us with our bags upstairs. Love the extra security measure to use the elevator (need physical or mobile key card to access the elevators to go up to the rooms). Lobby is spacious, lots of seating if you want to hang around—there’s also a restaurant/bar, snack store and market/coffee store all by the lobby. Got a King Bedroom with the Benjamin Franklin Bridge view—not the greatest view because there was construction below and also was quite loud in the morning. Room was okay—bed was comfy, had a fridge and bathroom was clean. However, the desk was sticky like the cleaning solution made the desk sticky and oily. Disappointed that our safe was not working properly—an engineer came up to try to fix it but couldn’t—offered us a different room with a working safe, but at that point we were all ready settled into the current room. Service was pretty good—staff communicated with me via texts and was very responsive.

Meh. You can do better at another hotel. Nice and spacious room. Friendly staff and a great environment. For me, this is three circles because AC didn’t work great, even after two repairs. Also, it took the staff many rings and multiple callback to answer the guest services line on all three days we were here. Overall, a decent experience, but I’m sure you can do better at another place.
