is there a conference room that can be used if you are a guest here? and if so is it extra to book the conference room? I would need it for about 25-50 people. I would need it on 4/20/13. Would need to know this before I book the room.

So if I buy this groupon and book a room what happens if I have to cancel? Do I get a refund if I do so before 24 hours or do I have to reschedule to another date or do I lose out on my money altogether?

A:

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of check in for a full refund. After that point your reservation is non-refundable. You are not able to reschedule to another date.

Could you please explain the cancellation policy? It sounds like you can cancel up to 24 hours ahead of time, and get a total refund, but then another point states that there are no refunds. Please clarify. Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required prior to check-in or reservation is non-refundable. No refunds will be processed by Groupon after check-in
