We also drove from georgia to denver colorado and the hotel was closed, i called general manager's number that was on the door, he said that groupon was supposed to call all people who booked thru groupon and tell them that hotel is closed and give us a refund, groupon is awful for doing that to its customers, dont ever buy hotelsfrom groupons, they are not responsible enough ...

Very bad experience. I drove with my daughters all the way from Iowa just to find out the hotel was closed. I was told to go and talk to the manager at the Brown Palace. They could of accommodated but chose not to. I wasn’t sure if it was because I was Mexican and I had my daughters with me who are black. I sure felt uncomfortable.
