It was an awesome room. Very clean and modern. The staff was so accomodating. I can't sleep on down pillows and the front desk person switched them out for me. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had an egg white omelet and turkey sausage. Very yummy.

Sadly, this hotel has some major issues. The most annoying being that they did not replace our towels. We had to call three times to get them to bring us towels. They removed the old ones, so it wasn’t even an option to use the one I had hung on the towel rack the day before. Also, the rates were the same that Groupon was offering or a little less. Disappointing to say the least.

Not Good Got here on 1/1 and the keycards were not working. I understand things happen and I didn’t have a working card until 1/5. Also, the tv is not working, I inquired about this twice and the first time I was told it was a service provider issue and the 2nd day I asked the clerk on duty and he told me “he just work here” like I was getting on his nerves. I will be in town constantly week after week for work and will find some where else even if it’s a little further out. Really have been disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, quite and friendly staff. Very nice place to stay for the value of your money. We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Rantoul, Illinois for a little over a week and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels brand new. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable — a true home away from home. The staff deserves special mention! Every person we met was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help in any way they could. The hotel offers everything you might need for a comfortable stay — a great indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, business area, and even meeting rooms. Although our destination was Champaign (just a short 15-minute drive south), we found this hotel to be much more affordable, quieter, and more relaxing than staying right in the city. It turned out to be the perfect choice for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend the Holiday Inn & Suites Rantoul to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and welcoming place to stay in the area!

Sandy (the employee in charge of breakfast) is one of a kind!!! Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Sandy is the staff member that is in charge of the breakfast and is fantastic! She takes such pride in her job. Greets every guest and makes certain they are happy with breakfast. She also was very helpful at check in recommending local restaurants for dinner.
