Can’t go wrong with this Hotel We loved the hotel, it was clean and people were friendly. We had an amazing time at the bar. Lisseth was the best, she was very helpful in our decision for drinks and she made the best we ever had. And we also ordered wings with her help once again. Nice overall, great experience.

Average stay quality fits the cost of stay Overall, this hotel was average for our stay. The price felt appropriate for what we received, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The mattresses in our room were lacking support and structure and should really be swapped out as a good night’s sleep makes a big difference. We also noticed that the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient and something that should be addressed. I typically love IHG Hotels & Resorts properties, but this location falls short compared to its close partner, Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - Lake Buena Vista. Another downside is the traffic. The hotel sits off a one-lane road in and out, and post–amusement park traffic can be very frustrating. After a long park day, waiting in a long line of cars just to get back to the hotel isn’t ideal. Overall, it’s fairly priced, but with a few upgrades and improvements, it could be much better.

Overcharged and not disclosed! Room cleanliness was nice for an older property. The hallways smelled very musty and old, but thankfully the room smelled clean. The undisclosed $150 deposit taken upon check-in was unacceptable. When I booked the room it was not mentioned nor was it mentioned when I checked in. The front desk made it out like it was a charge for the first night stay and the remaining balance was charged at check-in. That’s not the case and I noticed the extra $150 charge when I checked my bank account. It wasn’t disclosed until I questioned the front desk staff the next day. Won’t stay there again because it will take 7-10 business days to get my money back.

I held an event: 2026 International Citrus Pageant and Model Search I held an International Pageant and Model Search with over 250 contestants at the Holiday Inn by the Parks. The hotel was accommodating, clean, and centrally located. The staff was helpful. I already booked for 2027 and 2028!
