Great hotel We stayed here for the AYC and our family really enjoyed all the hotel amenities. The rooms could use better cleaning, but overall we had a good stay. The restaurant was okay, and we especially want to highlight Angelo and Lucía at the front desk, who made our evening even better with a thoughtful upgrade. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making our visit special! Broncos!!!!

BEWARE — DO NOT STAY HERE BEWARE — DO NOT STAY HERE My family and I stayed at this hotel for Cheer Nationals due to the mandatory “stay to play” policy, and it was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the photos and advertisements do not reflect the actual condition or atmosphere of the property. The rooms are extremely small and carry a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the halls that resembles mold. The bathroom is cramped and impractical, several electrical outlets did not work, and the toilet clogged on our very first night. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage that lasted several hours. After calling around, I confirmed that no other nearby hotels had this issue. As a result, some of our food spoiled. When I contacted the front desk to request a credit or any form of accommodation, I was met with a firm refusal and then placed on hold—only to be ignored and left without a response. Additionally, the hotel advertises an onsite Starbucks, but it is completely closed, which is misleading. Do not waste your time, money, or peace of mind at this hotel. It is poorly maintained, has an unpleasant smell, and the carpet appears not to have been cleaned in years. Most importantly, the staff shows little regard for customer service. Avoid this property at all costs.

Good Weekend Stay It was a good stay besides a quick power outage from a transformer being hit. Our son enjoyed the chuck E cheese play area. The view we had for the fireworks was superb.
