Great experience I have seen a lot of negative reviews on this hotel lately. That was not my experience. The room was Clean. I traveled with my brother and nephew. We need 3 beds, so I booked a room with a sofa bed. Previous guest broke the sofa bed we notified the desk and they gave us a new room. We enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and hot tub. They had a fire pit outside, but we couldn't use because of rain. The room rate I got was great. To people with the negativity . Was the room really that dirty. I was in 2 different room and had not found it dirty. I suggest if you are that overly critical maybe you should go to a hotel that cost $1000.00 a night. I am sure you won't though.

Nice hotel with not so nice rooms The main areas and breakfast were really nice. In a good area. It was a short stay of getting there late and leaving after breakfast. Our room needed a deep clean. All the handles were dirty, the curtains were really stained and there was dust in corners, around the ceiling fans, hair in the corners of the bathroom, scratches all over the cabinets. We got there late around 10pm and were leaving early so didn't want to deal with changing rooms. There was a fold out bed but we could not find bedding anywhere in the room for it. My husband went to the lobby to request and grab waters. The person was on their phone and charged our waters to our room and said they would bring extra bedding right up. Then went back to their phone. We were charged the waters but the bedding never came. We waited over an hr then gave my son most of the bedding from another bed and my husband just used a sheet. I did put this in a survey the hotel sent they replied that someone from the hotel confirmed they already reached out on this issue. No one ever reached out to us we haven't heard a word which is weird.

Great but Disgusting. This is a very comfortable hotel with many amenities but its housekeeping makes it a bit disgusting. I guess the property doesn’t have a carpet cleaner since the hallways and room have many stains. When you see these stains it makes you wonder about the housekeeping and you start looking more closely to see more yuck. The refrigerator has food and dust on the exterior…the interior was clean. I could see where housekeeping made a paltry attempt to clean the mirror in the living area and the doors in the room. This left streaks of who know what, (some cleaning solution) dust and handprints. The floors were so stained and suspect that we moved our toddler to a different room. That room was clean but tore up. The furniture and kitchen had many chunks of wood chipped out apparently by selfish apathetic guests. In our survey sent via email by Homewood Suites it asks if you reported your concerns. Why would I report something that is so obvious and obviously ignored by the housekeeping staff. If they can’t see the many trails of drips and large spill stains on this property ……then I just don’t know what to say without being rude. Then the breakfast! It is a great attempt to make their guests have a pleaseant start to their day. The food is much better than most quick prepared breakfasts served by hotels. But then on either side of the taco bar and oatmeal there are the trash cans not 12 inchs away . There is plenty of room to not have people tossing trash around the food. I saw one child throw his cup into the trash and of course fluid flew into the air. Bypassed the wonderful taco bar. I hope the mangement addresses these issues....it is a nice place.

The reviews don’t lie Came with my family. Coming into the area it’s modern and very nice. I was expecting the hotel to keep up. Inside the lobby was nice and all so far so good. Get to the room- the room was dirty! The fridge wasn’t cleaned, the microwave had no plate and was rusted inside. The toilet had pee stains, the shower had MOLD! The couch - you didn’t want to sit on it. I was livid! They acted shocked and gave us another room. Cleaner but still old and after the first one I can’t trust. The toilet was clean but it looked like a quick clean, the mop around so still had dirt but no pee marks. I’m disappointed that a hotel in the area can’t keep with the area and deliver better rooms or at least cleaner rooms. Standard have dropped and honestly - it’s disappointing to see hotels that use to be a nice perk to stay at- had become the Ryan Air on land. We are here only tonight but I won’t be coming back anytime soon!

Appalling The bed sheets had human facies on them upper right hand side After explaining to the duty manager house keeping would change the sheets which took quite a while and I got a call saying they were leaving so I requested to be changed before they left. The sheets were changed and the next morning there was another facies stain The manager offered me 35000 points as an interim to enable a GM her boss to contact me for a resolution My wife was stuck on the toilet for 45 minutes due to the lady on the desk forgetting that I asked for some to be brought up to the room I went to collect it from her which she laughed and said she forgot but remembered now. Our dogs favourite bunny was taken with the sheets The whole staff are appealing and the Hilton standard in comparison t lots of other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at is lacking emensely.
