The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Great hotel in a great location Great hotel and casino in a good spot. We chose this for the location but also the fact it has a poker room and pool. Unfortunately we only got the pool on our first day as they closed it for the season after that (14th September) despite the website saying open until October! We were able to use the pool at Paris next door so not all lot but not as convenient. Poker room good and reasonable at $100 dollar tournaments. Around 25 players most events. Like everywhere in Vegas, hotel is expensive to purchase likes of snacks but it is what it is. Rooms a good size and well equipped with housekeeping daily. Lots of cool bars and amenities nearby. Would stay here again.

Good location We haven’t stayed at the Horseshoe for a long time but we had a good experience. I want to call out Lena at our check in because she was great. Got a great view so our visiting family from Germany could have a view of the Sphere. They were very happy. We did have on bad experience at check out with Saadie. I had to go check on a charge and got in the only line that was open which was the tower line. She told me I needed to be in the regular line, which I advised her there was no opening on the outside to get in that line. She talked over me and was very rude. Overall great experience except for her, she should not be working directly with customers.
