The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Jeff at the front Jeff at the front counter is awesome. He did everything to make our stay feel worry free. He worked out issues that others had created. If you need any help while checking in ask for Jeff.

Dont be fooled ! I recently booked a room at the newly renovated Versailles Tower, don’t be fooled. This tower is not even located on the Paris property. You have to go across the street to the horseshoe. They oversold this room like it was something great. I should’ve known there was a problem with the $20 trick did not work and the lady gave it back to me saying I was staying at the newest rooms. The sheets were dirty. The comforter was ripped there’s no iron no ironing board. You have to walk a mile to get back to Paris, where all my friends were at You’re better off, staying at the horseshoe and going up and down the elevator there as opposed to Paris. You will be greatly disappointed. Even taking Uber or cabs, we would not go out from the Paris parking. We would have to take the horseshoe which was on the property we were at. This room was comparable to a super eight motel. Please be advised.

Pool hours disappointing but overall a good place to stay Just returned from a 9 night stay at The Horseshoe. Overall it was a 3 - 4 star hotel, but given a 5 star due to the wonderful attentive service by Lan at the reception desk, What a helpful lady, and so polite...make sure you look for her to help you with your stay. Biggest disappointment though is the opening hours of the pool.........only open Fri Sat and Sun, although we were told we could have use of the pool at The Paris. That is all very well if you don't mind walking the long distance from the Horseshoe to The Paris, but with mobility and breathing issues, this was one step too far, and because of that l would think twice about staying here again unless they open the pool 7 days a week. Also wi-fi only good for one of us, the other told it was an issue with their phone which is why no connection, but l did get connection at other casinos so obviously not an issue with the phone. Resort fees based upon our stay were in fact reduced, but feel more could of been offered, i.e. total refund of these charges, but happy to accept a small reduction, anything better than nothing hey ! Comps in Las Vegas are long since gone and it is now a very very expensive place to visit and eating out prices are just mind blowing.....$37.50 for one glass of wine .........yep ONE GLASS.....that's before you give a tip......cheaper to play the slots and get a drink off the cocktail waitressess, whom l would add were all extremely pleasant and plenty of them too coming round regularly. Also would add the location of the pick up for the Uber/Lyft is very good, not a long walk from the main reception area, never had any trouble getting either / or. So all in all, it is a good place to stay, we were very happy with our room, nice and quiet and housekeeping looked after us very well (Maria) but unless the pool hours are changed it maybe l won't return as l do like to go to the pool every day during my stay in Las Vegas.
