This hotel's GM is far from hospitable. The hotel doesn't have a force majeure policy. After hearing about the conversation my Mom had with their GM Kevin, he obviously doesn't care about his customers safety. My Mom and Dad would have had to drive to the hotel during day 1 of winter storm Pax (OPM.gov shows govt closed its offices in response). The GM's response to my Mom was its too late, no refunds, no date changing, swallow your loss because it's happening- kind of attitude. This is after my Mother spoke to the manager on duty days earlier. The manager on duty should have canceled the reservation on that first call, since the hotel's GM follows the Groupon rules like a fascist.
