The room was very comfortable. Got a free upgrade for our anniversary. Has a family feel, meant for tourists. No in-room refrigerator, but that’s really the only knock here

Cleanliness in hotel and room. Accommodating friendly staff. Fun and games for family in lobby and pool. Bar lively at night. Proximity to wharf. Not one complaint. Highly recommend, would stay again without hesitation.

Great stay! Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! We got in late morning and we were able to store our luggage. I was able to check in early at 2:00 p.m. My son really enjoyed the game room. I found the hotel lounge very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was also in a really great location- a very close walk to the Wharf and short bike ride to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Fisherman’s Wharf Great Spot We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Caza, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived early in the morning and they stored our bags for free so we could go sightseeing, the check in process was easy and fast. Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed and good amenities , very central hotel and close to lots of food places and the wharf’s were lots of tours leave from

Hotel Caza great location Hotel Caza right by Fisherman's wharf.
Nice staff, nice rooms, nice location, breakfast is very basic but OK.
All the sites to see are in walking distant.
Please watch out for the driver-less cabs, don't use them, a lady told us a black man walked out in front of the cab and it stopped two other black men tried to open the taxi doors to rob her, they did not succeed someone called out the robbers ran off and the taxi proceeded to the destination. BE AWARE.
