The room was very comfortable. Got a free upgrade for our anniversary. Has a family feel, meant for tourists. No in-room refrigerator, but that’s really the only knock here

Cleanliness in hotel and room. Accommodating friendly staff. Fun and games for family in lobby and pool. Bar lively at night. Proximity to wharf. Not one complaint. Highly recommend, would stay again without hesitation.

Location and luxury at the right price What a perfect location! Walk to Pier 39, Chinatown, and Ferry Building. Hotel’s pool a lovely spot to relax and at the perfect temperature for a swim. Our room had exquisitely comfortable beds. On site parking is an additional cost but worth it for the safety and convenience. Highly recommend this Fisherman’s Wharf hotel.

Great hotel in a fantastic location A lovely hotel with great staff and very clean rooms. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t access our room until almost 4:00 even though we had requested early arrival. The hotel is located an easy walk to pier 39 and all of the activities available at Fisherman’s Wharf.

Unexpectedly Great Stay at Caza. My husband and I stayed 1 night for this past Mother's Day (Sat night). We checked in at 3 and our room was ready. We stayed in room 510 which had a pretty decent view of the bay and the Golden Gate. The room was simple but quite sufficient. The bathroom was a little small and didnt have a lot off counter space, but the shower made up for that. The shower pressure and shower head were excellent. We both took extra showers because it was very relaxing. We usually book rooms that are more costly, but chose Caza for it's location to Fisherman's Warf and the Buena Vista. The room was very reasonably priced under $300 including parking for a Sat night. We walked everywhere around the area and took an Uber to dinner. The weather was lovely, just a bit windy so we didnt utilize their swimming pool. The hotel lobby has self serve coffee set up early in the morning which was perfect for my husband who wakes up early. They have a game area with a pool table and other games. There is also a pretty well appointed bar as well in the lobby area. Parking was reasonable as we chose the package that provided a discount on parking.
Overall we were very impressed with our stay and will definitely be returning on our next visit. Thank you Caza for the unexpectedly lovely stay. In addition, on Mother's Day we took a sailing catamaran boat tour out on the bay. The tour left from Fisherman's Warf, next to the sea lions. Went out under the Golden Gate bridge and around the backside of Alcatraz. We loved it! We had the best time and we were able to keep our car parked at the hotel after check--out until 6 pm on that day, which was super helpful. Take the Adventure Cat sailing tour. Have some breakfast and Irish Coffee's at the historic Buena Vista. Try riding in a Waymo for a surreal driverless experience and just enjoy all that the city has to offer. Also, check out the Farmers Market at the Ferry Building on Saturday morning if you can. It's soooo worth it!!
