A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund in your original form of payment as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

How do cancellations work if they are before the 48-hour deadline? The fine print is contradictory, it says refunds are allowed with more than 48-hour notice, but in italics it also says "no refunds, rescheduling, or rebooking allowed."
