Horrible I am traveling with my dog (Felix) and was excited to be here, but as soon as I walked in the hotel is a disaster. It is filthy. The front desk staff is surly and rude. No one answers the phone. My room has hair on the floor and fingerprints in white goo (I am praying it is lotion and not another white fluid found in bedrooms). I paid $300 for one night and even after I called and confirmed I was bringing my dog, the surly front desk person told me there were additional fees of $100 for my dog + $50 refundable cleaning fee (have they ever cleaned?) and a “resort charge” of about $36. Absurd. I am stuck since it is late and my drive today was close to 12 hours. BEWARE THE HOTEL FELIX!! Photos are of broken light, hair on floor, white substance showing fingerprints. I may vomit. Oh! And they claim to be sustainable and eco-friendly — check out the plastic cups wrapped in plastic like a 1950s motel. Wow.

Great hotel Very nice and clean hotel. In a good location many things are walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and Incredibly helpful. The only downside is on the last day the espresso machine broke, and the shower head only has one setting. It'd be best if they had an adjustable shower head in the shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. There was a young person at the front desk who was there every single day that I was and this person was incredibly friendly, helpful, and I can really see them going far in this hotel if that's their choice. I did not get their name that's why I'm not putting the name here.

Pleasant Stay Decent boutique hotel in a good location. Room was a bit small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was also great, very friendly and professional. The lobby is nice, though the bar area is really small, and coffee in the mornings was convenient. The breakfast was lackluster, they were out of a lot of the items on the menu and what I ended up getting was pretty bad. Would have been a lot better off grabbing something from one of the cafes/restaurants in the area. Overall, enjoyed my stay, though would note it felt like a bit of a let down that despite the low rates advertised the fees are pretty hefty bringing the total up to about what you would pay for other hotels in the area.
