Great location and staff Front desk representative was super kind and friendly I initially had only one complaint about the room and that was that there was no fridge (tbh I was mostly just hangry at the time) and when I said that on the hotels.com check in survey they sent a mini fridge right up which was a very nice surprise. All the rooms are named after famous people from San Francisco’s history and the location is perfectly close to everything.

Boutique Hotel - cozy, comfortable and walkable The hotel its self is adorable, boutique feel within the heart of downtown SoMa. The front desk is one person at a small desk in the lobby - answering phones and greeting guest. Patience is key here! The rooms themselves are small but well decorated with fun art and wallpaper. The bed is very comfortable and black out curtains ideal to catch some zzz’s. We did not check out any of the amenities while there.

Both of them went way and beyond & made our stay both at Hotel Fiona & Hotel Soma so special! So great that we plan to return next year with a large group of friends! Best stay ever!! I want to start off by mentioning how great and helpful the front desk staff were with ensuring we had an amazing stay overall. Service was immaculate and it truly felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel. The hotel was very quaint and absolutely beautiful, just like in a dream. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Fiona for making our stay truly unforgettable and unique.
