Budget Stay Price is decent and the room decor is quaint. If you are looking for a budget stay with no frills, you could do worse. Room was clean and quiet. Only one chair was provided for a double occupency and was not comfortable. The bathtub/shower had no anti-slip strips, handbars or matt. TV and cable channels were very nice. Lady Duff's bar did not serve late night drinks, only beer and wine.

A sweet little find I love this establishment. We spent 1 night there and had an extended check out because of a lock-down situation. The staff was exceedingly gracious and went above and beyond. Kudos to Shayna and Evelyn at the front desk and Linda and Ana in housekeeping. My daughter was traveling with her 2 year old toddler and 80 year old grandmother. Shayna found room in the staff freezer for the cooler with frozen breast milk. The breakfast was continental. I especially liked that the orange juice was not from concentrate and was plentiful. Overall, I thought the value was excellent and I thought it was quaint. The employees know how to do hospitality well. Kudos to the staff here. Also, the price was half the price of our second night stop at a Marriott and we had a more enjoyable experience at the Glorieta.

Such a disappointing experience. This place could be great but it's falling apart. WiFi signal didn't reach our three rooms. Small cockroaches in two of the bathrooms. Open service panel in one room. Missing lightbulbs. No milk for coffee. Shower temperature not hot.

An amazing weekend in Santa Fe. I stayed at this hotel for a couple days while snowboarding in Santa Fe. This was my first time staying at a hotel as a young adult and the rooms director Goldyne Duran was extremely helpful and kind! Our original room has a bit of a dirty tub and she immediately moved us into a new room with a king sized bed! I assumed the rooms came with a fridge of sorts so I bright lots of fresh food that needed to be refrigerated. Goldyne had a mini fridge delivered to our room on a dolly completely for free! All the ladies at the front desk were kind, helpful, and very friendly; but Goldyne went above and beyond! The rooms are excellent with free internet and casting to the tv’s. I was able to connect to and cast whatever I wanted to watch while we stayed. They are pet friendly and in a beautiful area not far from a strip mall with a grocery store along with many fast food and regular dine in restaurants. However, if you are planning on reserving a room here DO NOT use a third company such as Expedia or trip advisor. These companies will charge you through the roof with fees and taxes that I still have to call about. I recommend calling the hotel directly to reserve a room. Even so Goldyne was able to explain everything I was charged for except the fees I paid to Expedia. Also, Santa Fe is a edu expensive tourist town with an awesome ski resort. The lift passes for said resort are extremely expensive, but Goldyne gave me and my girlfriend a code that got us 20% off our lift passes! Not only was she able to accommodate all of our needs during our stay, but she helped us get cheaper life passes during our stay as well! Over all an awesome place with beautiful architecture and even live music most nights we were there. Definitely planning on staying again next year! If I had called the hotel directly instead of reserving through Expedia this trip would have been perfect! Thank you Goldyne!
