As mother-of-the-bride I can attest that our large wedding party was so very pleased with our selection. We shopped around Denver and this hotel checked all our boxes and fortunately the price was right compared to other hotels.
The hotel surpassed all my expectations! What stood out was management and the staff. They were welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we started communicating via phone (Tx! Taylor) and the staff (Tx! Drake) when we checked in. They went out of their way to ensure that we all had a great stay!
My husband and I stayed in the reasonably priced spacious Jr. suite which had all the amenities we needed. The words that comes to mind is “beauty and comfort!” It couldn’t get any better.
We enjoyed their daily offers of cold water bottles around the clock, exceptional tasting coffee, wine tasting event from 5-6pm and a bourbon tasting event from 8-10pm every evening in the hotels comfortable lobby.
The attached “Panzano” restaurant offers delicious Northern Italian cuisine. Having Celiac I was pleased that it offered many gluten free options. Eating their food is an exceptional experience you do not want to miss!! It has won many awards for its fine 4 star cuisine.
The location was perfect and is walking distance to Union station. They offer a private parking garage and Valet service.
Lastly, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, providing a refreshing escape from the daily responsibilities. We just had the best time. I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend that you stay at the outstanding Kimpton Monaco Hotel, CO!

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff We're having a great experience. The Kimpton is beautiful, clean, and has all the comforts we need. Everyone has been friendly and so accommodating. Love it here!

Disappointing It is a very nice property but there are two big issues. We were here for three days and the elevators went out of service each day, requiring people to go into a back of house elevator to get to their rooms. More concerning was that one of our rooms received no housekeeping service at all our entire stay - we even requested and they did not do it. This is not how you treat any paying customers but especially not IHG Diamond Elite members.

Girls trip - perfection Hannah at the front desk was amazing! Checked us in, gave us a night cap and acted as our own concierge!
Came for a baseball game and enjoyed everything about our stay

Hannah made the hotel a 5 star We were greeted by Hannah at the front desk who was delightful, professional, and so helpful. The hotel was nice but Hannah’s hospitality is what makes us wanting to return to the hotel on our next visit.
