Lovely hotel with a European vibe ❤️ We loved our stay at Hotel Vienna. The rooms are really nicely appointed, modern/stylish bathrooms and bedroom interior. The rooms were a good size which was a welcome change from our tiny room in NYC, especially as we were a family of 4 sharing. The breakfast was really well done - continental, help yourself style with fresh croissant and pan au chocolat and blueberry muffins, all really good quality - not just the cheapest/processed type. Also had Greek style yogurts and granola or cereal, plenty of tea and coffee choices and fruit. Also a couple of lovely decking areas to sit out on, one for your breakfast just off the breakfast room area and the other, larger one where you could read or have a glass of wine etc. Finally all the staff we came across were friendly and helpful - Would highly recommend and really glad we chose to stay here! A great staycation spot Wonderful breakfast. Jacob made my early arrival worth it. Delicious warm Viennoissiere croissants made my morning._ I completed a few chapters from my second novel. Perfect In Every Way Except One My sister & I had plans to go camping at nearby North South Lake Campground but nonstop rain made us go to "Plan B", that was to come here & we were so glad that we did. We found the Hotel Vienna to be perfect for our needs except for one, hard-to-ignore issue. We loved the contemporary, European feel to the hotel: it's large-windowed front, balconies, perfect, Zen-like decorative touches, wood beamed ceilings, the multiple outdoor fire pits & multiple porches to hang out on under large umbrellas, its downstairs lounge that offers free movies & yoga sessions, charging stations for EVs, the very welcoming & helpful Holly @ the front desk (she went to the downstairs storage area to find me a Keurig with decaf coffee pods when I saw that there is no decaf coffee available @ breakfast), its wonderful indoor pool & perfect-sized sauna, its proximity to the 2 mile Windham Path, & last, but not least, the biggest croissants you'll ever be offered at breakfast, and an owner who is everywhere, fixing, tweaking, helping, cleaning, you name it. It was everything we two sisters needed to get out of the rain except for the one issue we encountered: we were in room 210, which is situated directly above the office/staff room & staff members, according to hotel policy, smoke on the balcony outside that staff room & the smell of their cigarettes wafted up to our balcony over & over again, as well as seeping in to our room. We would have sat out on our balcony more, enjoying the view, but the odor of cigarettes made that too difficult. Do not let this sway you from coming here, it is a great place & I would happily come here again but DO request not to be in room 210, if cigarettes bother you as it does us.

Summer getaway in the Catskills Quiet, peaceful location with great staff. We were there on a summer weekday, just for the overnight. Our room was clean and spacious, balcony overlooking wooded area and walking path, local beer and wine list available for purchase at desk, indoor and outdoor group/ common areas, indoor pool in separate building across parking area, lots to explore and enjoy. Would absolutely recommend. We booked directly through their website with no issues.

Awesome hotel and experience The hotel was comfortable,spotless and exactly how it was shown. The staff was friendly and helpful. All areas looked to be new refurbished. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom new with a great walk in shower. I highly recommend this hotel.
