Q:

It says in your deal that there is no smoking allowed in the hotel, but I go to their website and they offer smoking and non-smoking rooms, when I booked the hotel it didn't offer me that, how do I know that im getting a non smoking room? Can I request it the day of my stay or should I call the hotel regarding this question. Thank you.

All Groupon rooms available will be nonsmoking rooms.

This question might have been asked, but I am wondering if I can schedule 2 separate dates- a few days now and a few days in December? Am I only able to use the groupon to book rooms once?

You'll be just fine making multiple reservations. You'll need to complete the purchasing processes for each room and reservation you'd like.

After you complete a purchase for a single room, you'll need to go through the process one more time to book an additional room.

Do I get a full refund if for any reason I have to cancel my booking ? (I know I have to cancel at least 48 hrs prior to the date I booked it for)

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a refund in your original form of payment as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.
