A Great Stay We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. The location and the room were both really good. DeMarcus, Sharmine, and Elena were all so helpful and made our stay better. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location and wonderful customer service This interesting hotel has an almost perfect location - it's close to NY Penn station, but also close to a lot of other locations. Special thanks to Mohamed at the reception desk, whose friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more pleasant. His attentiveness and professionalism were outstanding.

Great Customer Service Demarcus helped me tremendously during my stay. My room had no heat and the vents were falling from the ceiling, and he addressed the issue immediately. His attentiveness, professionalism, and compassion were outstanding. I didn’t have to wait or plead my case—he listened, understood the problem, and took care of it right away. You are very lucky to have someone like him representing your hotel. He truly made a stressful situation much better.
