The property is not only beautiful, but spotless—from the stylish Downtown location to the serene and relaxing Beach House. Every member of the staff went above and beyond, and we want to give special thanks to some incredible team members: Pablo the Doorman greeted us with genuine warmth every single day—he was a ray of sunshine and truly set the tone for our stay. The Front Desk team—Meyli, Alfie, Soraya, and Larissa—made us feel welcomed, cared for, and always taken care of. The Beach House, Abraham, Yoli, and Luis were absolutely phenomenal. Their service made every moment by the beach feel luxurious. The Rooftop Staff—Alex, JC, and Javi—made our time there unforgettable with their amazing energy, top-tier service, and attention to detail. But the real magic was how the hotel celebrated my wife Yolanda’s birthday. Wonderful stay right on the 5th We were delighted with the location and the view of the rooftop. It would have been great if there was a jacuzzi. Our room was fine. One draw back was that there was only one chair in the room and when we were inside the room, my partner didn’t have a place to sit. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

Very central hotel in Playa Del Carmam Very central hotel thar is directly above the entertainment area, with restaurants, bars and nightlife and clubs. Very lively area and can be noisy in the evening.
