It was quiet . Had a few repairs that needed to be made such as the garbage disposal and the bathtub. My sofa was sinking in the floor but other than that it’s quiet.. the cable only has 30-40 channels and not the main channels. The ppl at the front desk are really friendly and they try their best to help with limited resources.. it’s a nice hotel but it’s time for upgrades.

Irving, Texas: World-Famous Equestrian Statues and Artistic Community

Though Irving is much smaller than its booming neighbors Dallas and Fort Worth, the city earned a place on the map as the home of the biggest equestrian sculptures on the planet. The bronze horses are nearly twice the size of an actual horse and seem to be frozen midgallop as they splash across a fountain. You can also see live horses in action by riding a real-life steed through winding trails (there are many horseback-riding outfitters in and around the city).

Head out of the urban center for more rugged outdoor adventure. The Campion Trail caters to hikers and bird watchers as they make their way past rivers and creeks that flow through thickets of towering trees. The picturesque landscape also helps inspire an artistic presence in Irving; at the Irving Arts Center, you can stroll through an outdoor sculpture garden or see live ballet.

I like the environment such as the quietness. The housekeeping could be better. It’s the misc stuff that needs to be worked on such as garbage disposals leaking water all over your floor onto the carpet and the sinks not draining the water.. or not being able to take a bath. Just minor things that I feel Managment should be on top of. As far as the staff. They are warm friendly and helpful.

Unclean room and keys for occupied rooms I was given the key to an occupied room after midnight and scared the occupants when I opened the door. The next room had filthy furniture with stains and thick substance clearly visible on the cushion. The couch and chair were completely unusable. The room smelled of stail smoke and musk and the carpet and floor strips were coming off of the floor. Will never stay here again.

Terrible Very poor. Room conditions are terrible and the hotel is in a desperate need of renovation. House keeping are not thorough and every time I have stayed here I've had cockroaches - staff informed but they don't do any thing about it. Often appliances and/or kitchen items are missing and have to be requested multiple times before they are actioned. Beds are comfortable though so I guess that's a plus point

Great Hotel Visit Great location, right off of the highway. The check in staff, especially Dewey and Irina were so polite and welcoming. Dewey and Tony went out of their way to find us a room that fit our needs. The free breakfast was great with much more food available than what I am used to finding on your typical free buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great night's sleep. They also have a restaurant with a limited menu. The buffalo wings were fantastic. Can't wait to come back!
