It was quiet . Had a few repairs that needed to be made such as the garbage disposal and the bathtub. My sofa was sinking in the floor but other than that it’s quiet.. the cable only has 30-40 channels and not the main channels. The ppl at the front desk are really friendly and they try their best to help with limited resources.. it’s a nice hotel but it’s time for upgrades.

Irving, Texas: World-Famous Equestrian Statues and Artistic Community

Though Irving is much smaller than its booming neighbors Dallas and Fort Worth, the city earned a place on the map as the home of the biggest equestrian sculptures on the planet. The bronze horses are nearly twice the size of an actual horse and seem to be frozen midgallop as they splash across a fountain. You can also see live horses in action by riding a real-life steed through winding trails (there are many horseback-riding outfitters in and around the city).

Head out of the urban center for more rugged outdoor adventure. The Campion Trail caters to hikers and bird watchers as they make their way past rivers and creeks that flow through thickets of towering trees. The picturesque landscape also helps inspire an artistic presence in Irving; at the Irving Arts Center, you can stroll through an outdoor sculpture garden or see live ballet.

I like the environment such as the quietness. The housekeeping could be better. It’s the misc stuff that needs to be worked on such as garbage disposals leaking water all over your floor onto the carpet and the sinks not draining the water.. or not being able to take a bath. Just minor things that I feel Managment should be on top of. As far as the staff. They are warm friendly and helpful.

Don't do it, they should close this property This has been the WORST experience EVER... I've been a client of Hyatt for ages, and this is the first time I've encountered this many issues with a Hyatt Property. I had to cancel the rest of my stay because this hotel was driving me crazy... when I checked in on sunday the room was not clean, there was food on the fridge, food in the pantry, and the towels were not clean (they had hairs in it), then the light in the bathroom suddenly started flashing and then stopped working, I told the front desk and asked them to repair it and clean the room, they only repaired the light (which broke down again later in the night), and the worst thing is when I came back to my room at around 6 PM the door to my room was open, WIDE OPEN.

Not a good experience When we arrived, the carpet was wet near the kitchen sink - an unpleasant experience wearing socks while preparing for bed. The glasses had lipstick on them and the general feel of the room was dirty. We could not get the room temperature to a comfortable level and wound up sweating throughout the night. We got up to workout and take advantage of the Peloton bike and found it wasn’t connected to the internet. The settings were locked preventing an easy fix and the front desk said they didn’t have the access code and it would take well over an hour to get a response. It’s ridiculous that the front desk can’t get the code and let people who own or ride Pelotons to fix minor issues like connectivity to the internet. Having decided we couldn’t stay there another night, we checked out the next morning after 1 night of our 2 night stay. I explained why and the clerk said, no problem, I’ll get you checked out for one night and apologized. Having not received an email I normally receive after a few hours, I called the front desk and they assured me I would be checked out and there wouldn’t be a problem. On the morning of what would have been after my 2nd night, I received a checkout notice and charges for TWO full nights. We had moved to the Hyatt place Arlington. Frustrated, I reached out to my Hyatt concierge and she tried to help but said the hotel wasn’t budging. Worst Hyatt experience I’ve had in over 40 years. She did bonus me 5k points which was nice, but we will never stay at that location as it doesn’t meet Hyatt standards.

1 star Bathrooms were dirty. Walls are thin. No elevator. Beds were very hard. Sofabed springs were sticking through. One of the worst stays we have had.
