A Perfect July 4th Stay at the Hyatt at the Wharf! We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hyatt Hotel at The Wharf in Washington, D.C. over the July 4th holiday! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even gave us helpful tips on the best places to view the fireworks (Piers) The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront with gorgeous views, vibrant restaurants, and live music just steps away. We loved being able to walk around the Wharf, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and still return to the calm and comfort of our room. Speaking of the room—it was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It was on the smaller side, but well-designed and efficient, with everything we needed for a cozy and restful stay. While the pool area was quite small and there were no towels available, the view more than made up for it. It offered a relaxing escape with stunning panoramic views of the Capitol and the Potomac River. While you can’t see the fireworks from the rooftop, it’s still a beautiful and peaceful spot to unwind.

“Great Views, Great Location — A DC Gem at The Wharf” Had a great stay at Hyatt House Washington DC at The Wharf! The location is perfect — right on the water and within walking distance to the National Mall and all the monuments. The Wharf area itself is vibrant with tons of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and lounge area. The view from up there is stunning — especially at sunset. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and having a full kitchenette in the room was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC!
