Great location and beautiful views My room at Hyatt House at the Wharf was Beautiful and clean. It is in a convenient location with Great views! The staff is friendly. They sent an email before check-in that was extremely helpful, especially if you are not familiar with the area. The free breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options.

Not worth the price paid… The view was great, but was not worth the price paid. The room was very small. The breakfast was mediocre buffet style with no microwave to heat up the food. There is no room service. I waited 45 minutes for guest service to bring up a spoon to the room. The elevator buttons were very confusing. I had to get on/off several times to get to hotel/garage. Allow yourself extra time to get to your venue as it is very crowded around the wharf on the weekends.

Perfect location overlooking the DC Wharf. I love the option to bring back food to the full kitchen since there are so many great restaurants in walking distance. The staff that works the breakfast hour, cleaning away plates and keeping the area clean are friendly and talkative. I enjoy the atmosphere. The location can't be beat. Close the Mall and Capitol Hill.

Nice hotel on the Wharf The complimentary breakfast is nice to start the day with how expensive the area is already. The beds were nicely made and clean. The bathroom needed a bit of extra love-clean but maybe look for small details. The A/C did not drop to our request of 66° so sleeping was a bit stuffy. Parking is $$$$ but so is all of DC. Very nice hotel.

Parking is a nightmare during the weekend. The hotel is very nice and in the middle of restaurants while being right on the water. The main issue with this hotel is the lack of parking if staying during the weekend. We were even denied hotel valet parking because they told us they were full. We had to walk 2 blocks with our luggage in tow to get to the hotel and then the hotel is not well marked.
