ill be back First time in Hawaii was very delightful experience. The location was perfect. right next to the beach. and by very nice restaurant, The tiki very wonderful working staff as well. Only wished i stayed longer. ty hawaii

Would recommend the Hyatt Place!! Overall experience was good. We have been to Waikiki every year and we usually stays at other hotels on the same street (Twin Fin, Renew and other Hilton properties). I would say Hyatt Place was a good location to be at.
Our check in was very smooth, because Jenny (front desk) was GREAT!!. She was very friendly and accommodating as we asked for an upgrade to an ocean view room (which we paid for, not comped). She remembered our names and greeted us when we walked by the front desk. I always love when staff remember your names, which was wonderful as I know she checked in a lot of people each day.
The 1st night we were in an ok room (2nd floor) as we booked our package through Travel Zoo. Once we were in the upgraded room, it was a lot bigger and had more space.
The hotel provided us with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, so that was a plus. We did not have to spend money to rent them. I really like that perk.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Great vacation getaway Great staff, nice-sized, clean room, and good location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, dining, the Honolulu Zoo and Aquarium, and shops. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options.
