Amazing staff We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems. Well there. My boy cut his leg on the pullout bed and the staff were very helpful and gave him bandages and cream. They offered medical support however, my boy didn’t think it was too bad so we didn’t bother and he was fine for the rest of the trip. The staff kept checking on him. Overall, we had an amazing day. The food was great. We left the breakfast that was included and highly recommend this place to anyone who’s coming to Hawaii.

Not a comfortable stay Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The bathroom shower did not drain properly, so water pooled in the shower pan and my feet were left standing in dirty water. The AC unit was extremely loud, making it impossible to run at night while trying to sleep.
On top of that, the balcony sliding door—the only source of natural light—faced a building under renovation. We could hear construction workers talking from 9 to 5 every day, and had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, leaving the room dark and unpleasant.
Overall, not a comfortable stay and would not recommend until these issues are addressed
