The room was nice and new. Hotel was very modern and vallet was the best!! Offered to grab my shoes from the car for me and even loaded our luggage and had our car ready while we had lunch.

Very nice, excellent staff Located right in the pier parking lot. Awesome view of the pier and ocean. The staff is one of the best, they go out of their way to help. Fast response to service the room with requests. The valet’s are hard working and aim to please. Rooms are nice and very clean. The second floor balcony was awesome. The restaurant food is excellent but a little expensive, but to be expected. Negative is the hallway carpet is very worn and stained. But the room is excellent. Another plus is Pismo Fish & Chips 1 1/2 blocks, Splash is a block away. One drawback is the $30 a day valet parking. But to park on the street is more. For being in middle of the Pismo pier action it’s pretty quiet. Not cheap $400 a night.

Lovely Stay We were in town for a memorial. This was such a nice place to start/end the day. The location is perfect. Everything is clean & well-maintained. From the front desk to the valet & housekeeping, everyone was helpful. Would definitely stay here again

TERRIBLE!!! DON’T STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! Customer service is terrible!! We were not able to make it to the property because of a landslide road closure on Highway 1 (something noted by California government/state Commerce and completely under our control, (which was our route to the property, so we couldn't make it there) and they denied our refund. Absolutely insane.
