Wonderful Service at Kartrite Resort in the Catskills I stayed at The Kartrite Resort in the Catskills at the end of October for a special convention, and my family came along for the trip. Although the waterpark was closed exclusively for the event and not available to guests during that time, we still had a very enjoyable stay.
The resort is clean, modern, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The convention itself was well-organized, and the hotel provided a smooth and stress-free environment for all attendees.
Even without access to the waterpark, my family still found plenty to enjoy—relaxing spaces, good dining options, and a calm, pleasant environment. We were able to unwind and make the most of our time together.
Overall, The Kartrite Resort provided a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would love to return in the future when the waterpark is open to fully experience everything the resort has to offer.

I recently stayed at The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark for three days to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday, and we had an absolutely amazing time from start to finish. The resort was clean, welcoming, and full of energy, and the staff made us feel right at home throughout our stay.
The indoor waterpark was the highlight of our trip—warm, spacious, and packed with activities for all ages. My granddaughter loved every moment, from the slides to the lazy river, and the lifeguards were attentive, which gave us peace of mind. The hotel rooms were comfortable and modern, providing the perfect space to relax after a full day of fun.
The resort had plenty of dining options and activities, so we were never bored. It truly felt like a mini vacation without having to travel far. Celebrating her birthday here made the weekend unforgettable, and seeing her smile the entire time meant everything.
I highly recommend The Kartrite to families looking for a fun, safe, and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!
