Baja Paradise: The Secret I Wish I Could Keep Part of me wants to gatekeep Mas Olas as it is the most serene and luxurious escape. Returning for our anniversary only made me want to guard it more fiercely. The resort's design is remarkable. The entire property flows seamlessly with nature, immediately fostering a sense of peace. There are no TVs or telephones in the beautifully appointed rooms, and we didn't miss them for a second. Nothing beats falling asleep and waking up to the sound of ocean waves. What truly sets Mas Olas apart is the staff. Their warmth and attentiveness are evident across every team, from housekeeping to groundskeeping to management. This culture begins at the top, as General Manager Armando personally checked in with us, as did Christian from management, who generously upgraded our room, confirmed all our reservations before arrival, and followed up during our stay. Scarlett in Guest Services is so friendly, helpful and equally proactive, resolving a potentially stressful airport transport issue before our departure. The dining experience is exceptional. Chef Sandro crafts his menus using fresh produce grown right in the resort's gardens, and he's incredibly personable, often chatting with diners. Our servers—Dino, Josue, Manuel, and Jonathan (who remembered us from our December 2024 visit!)—provided outstanding service. Tip: Have dinner at Kahal during sunset for the most stunning beach views. The spa is beautiful and serene. Morning yoga was the perfect start to each day, and the therapists are phenomenal, we indulged in massages three times during our six-day stay. Special thanks to Fernanda at the front desk and masseuses Petra, Brenda, and Patricia. If you're looking for unparalleled service in a stunning natural environment, look no further. We can't wait to return!

An ideal location for weddings and retreats. just returned from a 4-day stay at Mas Olas for a business/leisure retreat. The property was spectacular: the food, the wellness center, the location away from the crowds, the impeccable service - it was the perfect setting to relax and connect.

Mas Olas = Perfection My wife Cecilia and I had such amazing initial stay at Mas Olas last December that we eagerly returned to celebrate our anniversary and somehow the second time around was even more spectacular. We simply cannot rave enough about the overall experience and much of the credit for that lies with the General Manager Armando, who greeted us personally and checked in with us several times during our stay. His leadership and vision for the resort are clearly reflected in the first class treatment that we received from the entire staff. Special thank you to Christian who was communicating with us well before we arrived and not only arranged for a generous upgrade to one of their luxurious villas but also took care of restaurant and spa reservations as well as smaller reservation-related details. We were also extremely happy to see guest services ace Scarlett, who is an absolute gem (she went out of her way to help resolve a billing issue with our ground transportation provider). If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, we would highly recommend reserving a villa, as it not only has a spacious spa-like bathroom (complete with soaking tub and walk-in rain shower) but also a private patio, dipping pool and fire pit. At night the only sound that you hear are the crashing waves, which is heaven on earth. The food at each of their restaurants was so good that we didn’t feel the need to venture out of the resort for any meals. One reason the food is so amazing and fresh is that many of their ingredients come straight from their gardens. The restaurant staff is so warm and accommodating, particularly from Dino, Josue and Manuel, not to mention their star Jonathan, who not only remembered us from our initial stay but went out of his way to make sure that our celebratory dinner at their beach-side restaurant Kahal was memorable. Cecilia and I very much enjoyed their top notch spa facilities and their excellent masseuses Petra, Brenda and Patricia. Fernanda from the spa reception desk was also extremely welcoming and helpful during our spa days. Mas Olas has become our go-to destination when we want to disconnect from the world and decompress - we are already planning our return visit!

A perfect getaway Wow! What a divine experience. I went as a solo traveler and was treated with such care and attention. From all the kind staff to the phenomenal chef - little treats and tastes and all kinds of surprises. The property is stunning and elegant, beach and water pristine, the spa is sublime and the food - will blow you away! This is truly a magical and full of love getaway.
