Groupon did it again! Cancun, MX was a blast. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel - Krystal Cancun. First time booking an international stay with Groupon. Located on hotel zone and on beach side. Very attentive hotel staff. FYI: Allow a few days to confirm reservation with hotel. Imperative to use hotel website from Groupon ONLY bcuz other sites were fraudulent. Rodrigo Cervantes was very communicative

We had an amazing time! Service was top tier. The manager (Rafael) was amazing with accommodations. Definitely will be back! Lovely time. All relaxation period which was what we were after.

Location was great! Supermarket in walking distance. Clubs in walking distance. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. On the beach! Beautiful views. Higher floors are the best!

Great vacation with family and our great stay in Cancun I loved this hotel its structure is incredible, apart from the fact that it is in a very nice area, we find fun in the bars, restaurants, discos. The food at the buffet is quite variable, but the best are the themed restaurants, especially the Mexican one. I liked the attention of the staff very much, very friendly and attentive that we did not lack anything. The beach is the best in Cancun, next to a wave breaker, which makes it a giant pool. Super recommended, delighted to be back soon.

Very nice hotel but not so very nice food! My other half and I went on a couples trip to Cancun Mexico and we stayed at the beautiful Krystal Cancun Hotel. Side note, we didn’t know that they had two other hotels side, by side with similar names (Krystal Grand & Krystal Absolute). Which we didn’t have access to although they are of the same company. However, where we stayed Krystal Cancún Hotel, upon entering their lobby, the hotel smelled like you were entering a spa. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was clean and seemed very modern and up dated. Initially we booked a standard room however the window view was facing a building. After speaking with the front desk concierges very nice guy, he offered us an updated room at a very reduced price. Which we happily accepted. We spent four nights at our hotel and we enjoyed all the hotel day and night activities. The only downside of staying at our hotel. Was that their nightly buffet was not good at all, and lacked taste. Everything looked good, smelled good but when eating, the food had no taste. We often had to go to other places out side of our hotel to eat. Which we didn’t want to do because in this particular area of Cancun, we found little places that actually prepared good food for us to eat. All in all we would give our visit 3 out of 5.
