Nice service and food The service at the hotel was top notch. We have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton before, and the staff at this hotel was at that level of service! Kaylynn welcomed us at the front desk and when we said there was a problem with the blinds not closing all the way, she immediately had someone come by to fix it. Sara was very personable at the bar, and the flatbread and Caesar salad were unexpectedly good. In the morning, Tee served us well for breakfast, she was really nice and, once again, the food was good! My wife and I had the two egg dish with sausage, as well as pancakes and bacon. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable.

Weekend getaway This was a very nice hotel that we booked on a last minute reservation as we were stranded in Dallas after flying into dfw for a layover. The hotel bar / bar tenders were extremely friendly! We enjoyed the location. The check in was very easy as well

Overnight for Work Bathroom floor dirty and they charge a hidden “destination fee.” I hope these hotels that bury destination fees in their prices start getting backlash; it’s just another post covid money grab. Less service more fees. Please stay elsewhere

Nice hotel Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and the bathroom spotless. Comfy bed. Nice outdoor pool area . .but you'll lose the sun around 3 due to condo building to the west. Love Field is close and I was worried I'd hear planes all night but that was not a problem. No coffee maker or mini-fridge in room. The bathroom could use a better shade b/c it was not flush with the window so people could see inside. Had a couple of hiccups but the staff immediately handled it. For that reason, I would stay here again.

Lonley time Love this quaint boutique hotel! Bar food was awesome and RAJ was the most polite and professional bartender ever! What an asset to this hotel. People person and engaging. He told us about the history of hotel and I had to go check out the room that is still the same as it was 100 years ago. Definitely want to stay in that room next! Rooms are nicely decorated and very comfy. Front desk and valet are also always nice and engaging. Definitely will stay again
