Q:

I'm trying to select dates but I'm having a hard time. I click on a date and it only gives me a 2 night minimum, but I want to stay for 3 nights 4 days. It's not allowing me to do that. Plus I'm having a hard time clicking on the dates. It won't highlight and give me the date when I click on it.

A:

If you are selecting the Studio Suite, it automatically defaults to a 2 night stay because of the minimum stay requirement on that room type. However, you are able to select a different check-out date than the default by clicking on your new desired check out date. By doing so, it will allow you to make the reservation for longer than 2 nights. If you continue to have problems making your reservation, please contact Groupon Customer Support at (888) 375-5777.

Q:

Hello, I just purchased a resort package and paid with a credit card, but when i confirmed the purchase, I was not directed to a print/confirmation screen. How can i verify that my order went through or how long does it take to get confirmation via email?

A:

You should receive a confirmation email from Groupon shortly after making your reservation. Your confirmation will also be available in your Groupon account under My Groupons. If you do not receive a confirmation email or see your confirmation in your Groupon account, please contact Customer Service at (888) 375-5777.

Does it have to be a minimum of two-nights?

A:

The Studio Suite room type requires a 2 night minimum stay. You are able to make a reservation for 1 night in the One Bedroom or Two Bedroom room types.

Q:

I am not a golfer but would love to stay at the resort. Is it a problem if I don't golf ? Is there a charge for not using the course?

A:

Guests are not required to golf while staying at the resort and there is no charge should you choose not to golf. We have a variety of activities onsite for non-golfers such as a pool with poolside bar, tennis courts, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, daily activities, a fitness center, and spa services. We are also located in close proximity to many local attractions, shopping, and dining.

How far from the airport and do you offer shuttles?

A:

The resort is located approximately 6 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The resort does not offer a shuttle. Taxis are available from the airport for approximately $25 each way. Super Shuttle is also available from the airport for $15 per passenger.

Golf rates vary based on availability. For rates and availability for a particular date, please contact our pro shop directly at 602-305-5550. As a reminder, the golf course will be closed for overseeding from October 15, 2013 through October 30, 2013. It will reopen on October 31, 2013.
