Friendliness and good service are synonymous with this hotel. Thanks to Jorge Ignacio from the lobby for his great work. The restaurant was closed, and he very kindly told us that we could have breakfast at the Castillo Hotel. It was very kind of him, and he gave us some Lego insignia and a minifigure that he carried in his brick with his name on it.

It is the first hotel I have ever stayed in built from the ground up with kids in mind. Before I begin my review, I would like to thank Jorge Ignacio from Lobby for his great work. He brightened our morning with his wonderful kindness towards me and my family. * There is a detachable shower head to make bathing fast and easy. * The toilet seat has 2 sizes. * There are kids level peep holes and adult ones. * There is a little kid's safe with chocolate coins and mini figures. * There is a disco ball with 70s music in the elevator. * The rooms were quiet. With all the kids in the hotel, we never heard anyone but ourselves. * There is a separate area in the room, making it possible for adults to have their own space. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. If you have little ones and are going to Legoland, this is a great hotel to stay at

TERRIBLY TERRIBLE. Go to a Disney Hotel instead, they at least are trained to in their jobs and also in customer service! Legoland CA Hotel is disappointing for many reasons. The hotel is extremely loud and music is playing basically all day and into the night. NEVER agree to a room on the lobby floor. The Brick House Disco is a concert until 930 and people are walking up and down the hallways screaming and whistling. There’s also music playing in the hallways, and kids beds are positioned on the other side of the hallway walls-so I’m not sure how any of the kids make it to Legoland after not getting any sleep. This place is NOT cheap, but the accommodations are as well and broken and we were told our room was refurbished. I am an experience gift giver-BUT soend your money on LEGO sets to build instead of staying at this hotel. Please do not stay here, it is not worth even if it’s free.
