Vey pleased with the Lexington hotel. Location was great with direct access to the beach right Behind the hotel. Also not too far from the Miami cruise port. Enjoyed our one night stay there.

Extra charge on my account no explanation taken from deposit ⸻ I usually stay at the Lexington on Collins Avenue because of the comfortable rooms and the polite, welcoming staff. It’s one of my preferred hotels due to its excellent location — close to everything — and the consistently high standards they maintain. The staff always provide high-quality service and excellent customer care, which is why I continue to return. A special thank you to Hector for checking me in; as always, the experience at arrival was smooth and friendly. I truly enjoy staying here and was fully prepared to leave a 5-star review. I even left a large bouquet of roses at checkout as a gesture of appreciation. However, I am now left confused and disappointed after noticing an unexpected charge of £112.53 on December 12th, with no explanation provided. I had already paid a deposit and believed that all outstanding balances had been settled through Booking.com. The lack of clarity regarding this additional charge has taken away from an otherwise excellent experience. I hope this matter can be clarified, as this hotel has always been a place I recommend and enjoy staying

Stay at an active worksite! Construction in every corner of hotel. pool=construction and construction storage area Restaurant=disgusting Stairs = construction Elevator=1 under repair/inop View out window=men on rope at 8am All you had to do was warn us and apologize ahead. (Before we booked or at check-in)

Bedbugs Avoid this hotel,has bedbugs. I tried to contact the manager to get compensated for the damage clothing from cleaning properly after bedbugs and not getting through.
